Strawberry Yogurt Frappé

Frozen unsweetened strawberries can also be used. Make sure all ingredients are well chilled before you start.

  • 1 1⁄2 cups cubed cantaloupe
  • 1 cup strawberries, stems removed
  • 1⁄2 cup strawberry yogurt
  • 4 mint sprigs


  • Combine the cantaloupe and strawberries in a blender and process until smooth. With the blender running, add the yogurt through the feed tube and process until smooth. Equally divide into 4 chilled glasses. Add a mint sprig to each glass and serve immediately.
