Sugar-Free Blueberry Granita

This Blueberry Granita is easy to throw together. It’s perfect for the summertime when fresh berries are plentiful and you need a dessert that can help cool you down.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ⅔ tsp. granulated stevia
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into an 8" × 8" baking dish and freeze 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, scrape baking dish with a fork to create a slush. Return to freezer 1 hour then serve immediately.
