Sugar-Free Blueberry Granita
This Blueberry Granita is easy to throw together. It’s perfect for the summertime when fresh berries are plentiful and you need a dessert that can help cool you down.

- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ⅔ tsp. granulated stevia
- 1 cup ice
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into an 8" × 8" baking dish and freeze 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, scrape baking dish with a fork to create a slush. Return to freezer 1 hour then serve immediately.
