Sugar-Free No-Bake Cocoa Balls
Craving a healthy chocolate snack? Try these fudgy little cocoa balls, similar to a soft no-bake cookie, but with no refined sugar. Much better than a pint of rocky road on chick-flick night.

- 1 cup chopped pitted dates
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1⁄4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup coconut flakes
- Cover dates in water and soak for about 10 minutes until softened. Drain.
- Process dates, nuts, cocoa powder, and peanut butter in a food processor until combined and sticky.
- Shape into balls, roll in coconut flakes, and chill.
