Sugar-Free Pecan Pie
This clean version of pecan pie is so simple and extraordinarily tasty—you’ll wonder why anyone ever made it any other way.

- 4 cups natural pecans, divided
- ¾ cup coconut oil
- 1 cup honey
- 1½ cups pitted dates
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 baked pie shell (9")
- In a food processor, process 3 cups pecans, coconut oil, honey, and dates until thickened. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves to the pecan mix. Blend well.
- Pour the pecan mix into the pie shell, and top with the remaining pecans. Press them lightly into the pie, and allow the pie to set for 4 hours.
