Sugar-Free Pecan Pie

  • 4 cups natural pecans, divided
  • 3⁄4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 1⁄2 cups pitted dates
  • 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 baked pie shell (9 inches)


  • In a food processor, process 3 cups pecans, coconut oil, honey, and dates until thickened. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves to the pecan mix. Blend well.
  • Pour the pecan mix into the pie shell, and top with the remaining pecans. Press them lightly into the pie, and allow the pie to set for 4 hours.
