Japanese sake is available in Asian markets and in the international cuisine section of many supermarkets. Use this light sauce with Sukiyaki dishes.

- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1⁄4 cup Japanese sake
- Combine all the ingredients. Bring to a boil and let simmer for a few minutes before using.
