Ingredients

  • 1 cup arugula
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled
  • 1 cup purified water

Directions

  • Place arugula, celery, cucumber, carrot, and ½ cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Continue adding remaining water as you blend until desired texture is achieved.
