Super-Easy Fruity Muffins
This recipe is unbelievably simple, and it can be varied by changing the cake mix flavor and type of fruit.

- 2 cups drained pineapple tidbits
- 1 box (18.25 oz.) cake mix
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease muffin tin or line with paper baking cups. Set aside.
- Gently stir pineapple into mix to form a thick, lumpy batter. Fill muffin cups ½ full. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve warm.
