Super Strawberry Smoothie
You can use fresh or frozen strawberries and bananas in this recipe.

- 1⁄4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 4 strawberries, stems removed
- 1 medium banana, peeled
- 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp. wheat germ
- Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
