Ingredients
- 2 stalks celery, including leaves
- 1⁄2 cucumber
- 1⁄4 head green cabbage
- 2 stalks bok choy
- 1⁄2 medium apple, cored
- 1⁄2 lemon, peeled
- 1 piece (1⁄2 inch) ginger
- 1⁄2 cup parsley
- 5 kale or collard leaves
- 1 cup spinach
Directions
- Process the celery and cucumber through an electronic juicer according to the manufacturer’s directions.
- Cut the cabbage into chunks and add to the juicer, followed by the bok choy, apple, and lemon.
- Add the ginger and parsley.
- Add the kale or collards, and the spinach.
- Serve alone or over ice.
