Sweet Almond Oat Cereal
This is a great meal for breakfast. It is delicious served with almond milk, garnished with fresh fruit of your choice, and drizzled with agave syrup.

- 2 cups steel cut oats
- ½ cup blanched almonds
- 1½ cups bananas
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ cup blueberries
- Soak the oats in 2½ cups water overnight, for 6–8 hours. Soak the almonds in 1 cup water for 8–12 hours. Rinse and drain.
- Process the almonds, oats, bananas, and cinnamon in a food processor until they are broken down into big chunks.
- Transfer the ingredients into serving bowls. Top with blueberries.
