  • 3 carrots, peeled
  • 1 cup cooked, mashed sweet potato
  • 1 piece (1⁄4 inch) ginger, peeled
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 2 cups chamomile tea


  • Place carrots, sweet potato, ginger, turmeric, and 1 cup of tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup of tea as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
