- 3 carrots, peeled
- 1 cup cooked, mashed sweet potato
- 1 piece (1⁄4 inch) ginger, peeled
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 2 cups chamomile tea
- Place carrots, sweet potato, ginger, turmeric, and 1 cup of tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining 1 cup of tea as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
