Sweet Carrot Smoothie

- 3 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 medium apples, cored and peeled
- 1 medium banana, peeled
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Place carrots, apples, banana, and ½ cup coconut milk in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining coconut milk while blending until desired texture is achieved.
