Sweet Carrot Smoothie

  • 3 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 medium apples, cored and peeled
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1 cup coconut milk


  • Place carrots, apples, banana, and ½ cup coconut milk in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining coconut milk while blending until desired texture is achieved.
