Sweet Cocoa Sauce
This cocoa sauce can be served over everything: from fresh fruit to cake or sherbet.

- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup water
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- In a small saucepan, combine cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar and mix well. Add water and salt. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
