  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 medium red apple, peeled and cored
  • 1⁄8 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 cups vanilla almond milk


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached.
