Sweet Green Smoothie

Smoothies can be a helpful way to sneak extra vegetables into your day. The mango in this recipe is so sweet and flavorful, you may not even know the spinach is there!

  • 1 medium banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 medium mango, peeled and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed


  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
