Sweet Maple Roasted Turkey Breast
Turkey breast can be a blank canvas for a wide variety of flavors. By marinating the breast, pouring sweet maple syrup over the top, and basting throughout the cooking process, you can create a sweet and succulent version of your favorite healthy meat in no time!

- 1 turkey breast (5 lbs.)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- Place turkey breast in a large resealable plastic bag, pour the olive oil and ½ cup of the maple syrup in the bag, toss to coat, and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 325°F, and prepare a roasting pan with olive oil spray. Set the marinated turkey breast in the roasting pan.
- Coat the turkey breast with the remaining maple syrup and sprinkle with the sea salt.
- Cook the turkey breast for 2 hours, or until internal temperature reads 165–170°F.
