Sweet Multigrain Bread
This nourishing, earthy bread tastes great and is full of fiber! Blackstrap molasses adds flavor, color and nutrition.

- 1 1⁄4 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. vegan margarine
- 1 1⁄3 cups bread flour
- 1 1⁄3 cups whole-wheat flour
- 1 cup multigrain cereal, uncooked
- 2 tsp. vital wheat gluten
- 3 Tbsp. blackstrap molasses
- 1 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- 2 1⁄2 tsp. instant yeast
- Assemble bread machine with the dough paddle in place. Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
- Add all ingredients to the pan in the order indicated in your machine’s operation manual. Proceed according to manufacturer’s directions for wheat bread.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan. Cool bread completely before slicing. Store in an airtight container or freeze.
