Sweet Pea-Basil Green Smoothie

This smoothie is loaded with healthy green vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped basil
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 3 celery stalks, leaves intact
  • ¾ cup petite sweet peas
  • 2 cups chamomile tea

Directions

  • Place spinach, basil, carrots, celery, peas, and 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining tea while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
