Sweet Pear Green Smoothie

- 1 cup watercress
- 4 medium pears, peeled and cored
- 2 medium bananas, peeled
- 2 cups vanilla kefir
- 1 cup ice
- Place watercress, pears, bananas, and 1 cup kefir in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining kefir and ice while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
