Sweet Potato Pie Smoothie
While most wouldn’t think to use sweet potatoes as a smoothie ingredient, the beta-carotene and vitamin C–packed vegetable adds valuable nutrition and a sweet creaminess to any smoothie.

Ingredients
- 2 large baked sweet potatoes, peeled and cooled
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 cup ice
Directions
- Combine the sweet potatoes, almond milk, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and 1⁄2 cup of the ice in a blender. Blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining ice while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
