Sweet Red Pepper Sauce
This takes only a minute or two to prepare—time well spent. Spoon over grilled vegetables, soups, pork, or chicken. You can use it as a dip with chips.

- ½ cup roasted red peppers packed in oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- Whirl the roasted peppers, garlic, and lemon juice, in a blender, then pour into a bowl.
- Whisk in the sour cream, then add salt and pepper. Serve chilled.
