  • 2 medium beets, peeled and chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups purified water

Directions

  • Place beet greens, beets, carrots, cucumber, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining water while blending until desired texture is achieved.
