Sweet and Savory Mini Meatballs
Cocktail meatballs are a hit at any gathering. These easy homemade ones can be made in advance and frozen.

- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1⁄2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 tsp. yellow mustard
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic salt, and eggs. Form into 1-inch balls. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- While meatballs are baking, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in another bowl.
- Remove the meatballs from the oven and toss with the prepared sauce. Serve hot.
