Sweet and Savory Mini Meatballs

Cocktail meatballs are a hit at any gathering. These easy homemade ones can be made in advance and frozen.

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1⁄2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
  • 1⁄2 tsp. yellow mustard


  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic salt, and eggs. Form into 1-inch balls. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  • While meatballs are baking, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in another bowl.
  • Remove the meatballs from the oven and toss with the prepared sauce. Serve hot.
