Sweet and Sour Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked kidney beans
  • 1 medium red onion, peeled and diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry vinegar

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours.
