Sweet and Sour Beans
With just a few simple ingredients and a slow cooker, you can make these wonderfully tangy beans.

- 1 lb. cooked kidney beans
- 1 medium red onion, peeled and diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
- Place all ingredients in a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours.
