Sweet Soy Sauce
Serve this sauce with dumplings or appetizers for dipping.

- 1 cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup crushed Chinese rock sugar
- In a small saucepan, heat the soy sauce and rock sugar over moderately low heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Let the sauce cool before serving. May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 14 days.
