Sweet Spiced Pecans
These sweet snacks make a nice gift to give to friends, and they also work great as a protein-packed snack to eat on the go.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Splenda
- ⅛ tsp. ground cloves
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp. nutmeg
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 egg white, beaten
Directions
- In a bowl, mix Splenda, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg. In a separate bowl, coat pecans with egg white. Toss pecans into spice mixture and coat thoroughly.
- Coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Place pecans on baking sheet and bake at 300°F for 30 minutes.
