Sweet and Spicy Apple Smoothie

- ½ cup baby spinach
- 3 medium apples, cored and peeled
- 2 medium bananas, peeled
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- ½ medium lemon, peeled
- 1 cups kefir
- ½ cup water
- Place spinach, apples, bananas, lemon, and kefir in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add water while blending until desired texture is achieved.
