  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • 3 medium apples, cored and peeled
  • 2 medium bananas, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • ½ medium lemon, peeled
  • 1 cups kefir
  • ½ cup water

Directions

  • Place spinach, apples, bananas, lemon, and kefir in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add water while blending until desired texture is achieved.
