Sweet and Spicy Juice

Ginger is a powerful anti-inflammatory herb that can be increased in this drink according to each person’s taste and tolerance. Play around with the amount to see if more is better, although that’s not always the case.

- 1⁄2 handful fresh Italian parsley
- 1 piece (1 inch) fresh ginger
- 1 1⁄2 pears, cored
- 1 green apple, cored
- Add all the ingredients to a juicer in the order listed. Drink right away.
