Sweet and Spicy Pork Tenderloin

- 1 pork tenderloin, about 1½ lbs.
- 1 Tbsp. agave nectar
- 2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- Preheat oven to 400°F, and prepare a baking dish with olive oil spray.
- Lay the tenderloin in the center, drizzle with the agave nectar, and sprinkle the red pepper flakes over the entire loin.
- Cook for 35 minutes or until internal temperature reads 165°F.
