Sweet and Spicy Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 pork tenderloin, about 1 1⁄2 lbs.
  • 1 Tbsp. agave nectar
  • 2 tsp. red pepper flakes


  • Preheat oven to 400°F, and prepare a baking dish with olive oil spray.
  • Lay the tenderloin in the center, drizzle with the agave nectar, and sprinkle the red pepper flakes over the entire loin.
  • Cook for 35 minutes or until internal temperature reads 165°F.
