Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 3 medium apples, cored and peeled
  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • ½" ginger, peeled
  • 2 cups purified water

Directions

  • Place spinach, apples, bananas, lemon, ginger, and 1 cup purified water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup purified water while blending, as needed, until desired texture is achieved.
