Sweet Sugar-Free Coleslaw

This coleslaw recipe is a refreshing and sweet alternative to the traditional coleslaw with mayonnaise. Additionally, the sesame seeds give it a nice, nutty flavor.

  • 2 cups packaged coleslaw mix
  • 1 medium tart apple, peeled, cored, and shredded
  • ½ cup minced celery
  • ¼ cup flaxseed oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds

Directions

  • In a bowl combine the coleslaw mix, apple, and celery.
  • In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients. Pour over coleslaw and toss to coat.
