Sweet Tea Sauce
This sweet and sour sauce works well on pork, chicken, or sorbet. The tea must be very strong for it to work.

- 2 sachets Sunshine Lemon Rooibos tea
- 2 tsp. Splenda
- 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 whole cloves
- 6 oz. boiling water
- Place all of the ingredients in a one-cup measuring cup. Steep for 15 minutes. Straub and serve hot or at room temperature.
