Sweetened Whipped Cream
Very desserts are not improved with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream. It mellows out rich flavors and adds just the right amount of sweetness when needed.

- 2⁄3 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Whip the cream to soft peaks. Add in the confectioner’s sugar and vanilla, and whip until well combined. Do not over beat.
- Add to sealed container (or piping bag). Keep refrigerated until needed.
