Sweetened Whipped Cream

Very desserts are not improved with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream. It mellows out rich flavors and adds just the right amount of sweetness when needed.

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp. confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

  • Whip the cream to soft peaks. Add in the confectioner’s sugar and vanilla, and whip until well combined. Do not over beat.
  • Add to sealed container (or piping bag). Keep refrigerated until needed.
