Ingredients
- 1 pound premade refrigerated pizza dough, at room temperature
- 3⁄4 pound lean ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup refried beans, warmed
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1⁄4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1⁄2 cup FAGE sour cream
- tortilla chips, crushed (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain the grease.
- Add taco seasoning to the meat and set aside.
- Grease a large pizza pan and stretch the dough to fit the pan.
- Spread warmed refried beans evenly to the pizza dough.
- Top with salsa, beef, and cheese.
- Bake for 17-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly and top with lettuce, olives, tomato, FAGE Sour Cream and tortilla chips.
