Ingredients

  • 1 pound premade refrigerated pizza dough, at room temperature
  • 3⁄4 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup refried beans, warmed
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1⁄4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1⁄2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1⁄2 cup FAGE sour cream
  • tortilla chips, crushed (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain the grease.
  • Add taco seasoning to the meat and set aside.
  • Grease a large pizza pan and stretch the dough to fit the pan.
  • Spread warmed refried beans evenly to the pizza dough.
  • Top with salsa, beef, and cheese.
  • Bake for 17-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  • Let it cool slightly and top with lettuce, olives, tomato, FAGE Sour Cream and tortilla chips.
