  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1⁄8 tsp. salt
  • 1⁄8 tsp. cayenne pepper


  • Grind the seeds to a powder in a coffee grinder or spice mill. Continue grinding until the seeds stick together and adhere to the walls of the grinder.
  • Remove from the grinder, add a small amount of oil (just enough to become smooth and creamy), stir with a fork, and salt and cayenne.
