Tandoori Chicken Kebabs

- 3⁄4 cup coconut milk
- 1⁄3 cup peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. tandoori paste
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp. five-spice powder
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6 oz. each), cut into large cubes
- Mix coconut milk, peanut butter, tandoori paste, garlic, lemon juice, and five-spice powder. Pour mixture over chicken and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat grill.
- Thread chicken cubes onto soaked wooden skewers and grill over direct heat 20 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally.
