Tandoori-Style Chicken Breasts
Garam masala is a combination of spices used in most Indian cooking. A basic recipe contains coriander, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and cumin. Try 1⁄2 teaspoon of each as a base, and then make changes to suit your taste.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (6 oz. each)
- 1 Tbsp. garam masala
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt
- In a large glass pan, marinate the chicken breasts overnight in a mixture of garam masala, garlic, and yogurt.
- Preheat broiler. Remove chicken from marinade and place on a baking sheet.
- Broil the chicken for 6 minutes per side. Serve hot.
