- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 3 cups tangerine juice
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and heat, stirring, just until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat; chill.
- Combine chilled sugar syrup, tangerine juice, and lemon juice.
- Freeze in an ice-cream freezer according to manufacturer’s instructions. If you don’t own an ice-cream freezer, you can freeze the mixture, break it up into chunks, and blend it in a food processor or a blender. Refreeze and serve!
