Tenderizing Red Wine Marinade

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup tarragon vinegar
  • ½ cup Burgundy or other red wine
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 6 peppercorns
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together well.
