Teriyaki Meatball Skewers
Grab one-ounce meatballs from our Frozen Food Aisles, then thaw a dozen in the microwave to make these skewers, reserving the rest for a future spaghetti dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 skewers (12 in.), preferably flat (soaked in water if using wooden skewers)
- 12 frozen meatballs, thawed
- 12 fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 12 1-inch chunks
- Cooking spray
- 1⁄2 cup teriyaki sauce
- Microwavable rice (optional)
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high, about 400°F. Thread a meatball onto a skewer followed by a pineapple chunk and piece of bell pepper. Repeat two more times to fill skewer. Repeat with remaining skewers.
- Spray prepared skewers on all sides with cooking spray.
- Grill, flipping occasionally and basting with teriyaki sauce, until grill marks form, 10–15 minutes (safe internal temp. of 160°F).
- Brush generously with remaining teriyaki sauce and serve with rice, if desired. Refrigerate any leftovers.
