Tex-Mex Hot Chocolate
Instead of regular marshmallows, coat mini marshmallows in cinnamon sugar to add even more flavor. Let them melt in the hot drink.

- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. chili powder
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 5 cups whole milk
- 12 marshmallows
- In heavy saucepan, combine condensed milk, syrup, and chocolate chips over medium heat. Cook and stir until chocolate melts and mixture blends. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients using a wire whisk.
- Return saucepan to medium heat and cook, stirring constantly with wire whisk, until mixture begins to bubble around the edges. Serve hot topped with marshmallows.
