Tex-Mex Mojito
Mojitos are actually a Cuban invention, made of fresh mint, rum, and sugar. Using tequila instead of rum gives this fresh drink a Tex-Mex twist.

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 6 Tbsp. tequila
- 3 drops bitters
- 1 cup club soda
- 1 cup crushed ice
Directions
- In cocktail shaker, place mint leaves and sugar. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, crush the leaves, using the sugar to help crush. Blend in lime juice, tequila, and bitters and mix well.
- Stir in club soda. Strain into 2 highball glasses filled with crushed ice, garnish with more fresh mint, and serve.
