Texas Gulf Shrimp Roast

  • 2 lbs. jumbo shrimp, heads and shells on
  • 4 cups Cajun barbecue sauce, divided
  • 1⁄2 tsp. kosher salt


  • Set a gas or charcoal grill to medium heat.
  • Dip the shrimp into 2 cups of sauce. Sprinkle with salt.
  • Grill for 2 minutes per side. Serve with remaining sauce for dipping.
