Texas Gulf Shrimp Roast

- 2 lbs. jumbo shrimp, heads and shells on
- 4 cups Cajun barbecue sauce, divided
- 1⁄2 tsp. kosher salt
- Set a gas or charcoal grill to medium heat.
- Dip the shrimp into 2 cups of sauce. Sprinkle with salt.
- Grill for 2 minutes per side. Serve with remaining sauce for dipping.
