Thai Basil Hummus
This is a twist on hummus, the classic garbanzo bean dip. Serve it with fresh vegetables, crackers, or bread.

- 2 cans (15 oz.) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1⁄4 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender. Add hot water, a tablespoon at a time, if the mixture becomes too thick to blend.
