Thai Beef Nachos

These unique nachos are a delicious combination of Mexican and Thai food. Serve as an appetizer at your next game day party.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1⁄2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 4 cups corn tortilla chips
- 3 tbsp. Thai peanut sauce
- 2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and crumble to cook.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, red pepper, soy sauce and brown sugar. Cook about 5 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Top with ground beef mixture, peanut sauce, green onion, cilantro and sesame seeds.
- Serve and refrigerate leftovers.
