Thai-Inspired Beefsteak
Sirloin works great in this recipe. You can use bone-in steak with this recipe as well. If you do, get 2 pounds.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. five-spice powder
- 1 tsp. mirin
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Thai chili paste
- 1 1⁄2 lbs. boneless beefsteak
- 1⁄4 cup toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Mix together the honey, five-spice powder, mirin, lime juice, and chili paste to make a marinade. Brush the marinade on the steak and let rest, refrigerated and covered, for 2 hours.
- Set grill to high heat.
- Grill 4 minutes per side for rare, 6 for medium, and 8 for well done. Timing depends on the thickness of the steak and whether there is a bone or not. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
