Thai Peanut Sauce
This is a great sauce for grilled or broiled chicken or beef skewers. This will keep in the refrigerator, covered, for up to a week. Bring to room temperature before serving.

- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1⁄4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. tamari
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- Place all the ingredients (except the peanuts) in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade or in a blender (or blend by hand with a sturdy whisk); cover and process until smooth. Add a little more water if necessary to adjust the consistency.
