Thick Strawberry Smoothie
This smoothie is thick and creamy, but wonʼt thicken the thighs!

- ½ cup fat-free vanilla ice cream
- 4 fresh strawberries, hulled
- ½ cup nonfat plain yogurt
- ½ cup skim milk
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass.
