Thick Strawberry Smoothie

This smoothie is thick and creamy, but wonʼt thicken the thighs!

  • 1⁄2 cup fat-free vanilla ice cream
  • 4 fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1⁄2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1⁄2 cup skim milk


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass.
