Three Greens Juice

- ½ cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 3 medium zucchini
- 2 stalks celery, with leaves
- 2 tsp. minced mint
- Process the lettuce, zucchini, and the celery through an electronic juicer according to the manufacturerʼs instructions.
- Add mint. Mix or shake the juice to combine the ingredients and serve alone or over ice.
