Three Greens Juice

  • 1⁄2 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 3 medium zucchini
  • 2 stalks celery, with leaves
  • 2 tsp. minced mint


  • Process the lettuce, zucchini, and the celery through an electronic juicer according to the manufacturerʼs instructions.
  • Add mint. Mix or shake the juice to combine the ingredients and serve alone or over ice.
