Tilapia Tacos Recipe
Tilapia Tacos
Ready in less than 25 minutes, this recipe is perfect for Taco Tuesday (or any day of the week).

Ingredients
- 4 pieces (about 2 lbs.) tilapia
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 medium white onion, diced small
- 2 limes, quartered
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line a sheet pan with foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray. Place tilapia on prepared sheet pan.
- In small bowl, combine cumin, chili powder, paprika and salt. Season tilapia with spice mixture.
- Place ½ tablespoon butter on top of each tilapia piece.
- Bake 12 minutes or until fish is firm and has reached a safe internal temperature of 145°F. Meanwhile, heat tortillas: wrap in damp paper towel and microwave 10 seconds.
- Layer two tortillas, then top with a piece of tilapia. Finish with cilantro, onion and a squeeze of lime. Repeat for remaining three tacos. Enjoy, refrigerating any leftovers.
